We collect data necessary to deliver seamless automations:

  • Account & usage data – name, email, workspace settings, automation logs.
  • Integration metadata – when you connect tools (Slack, Sheets, CRM), we process event payloads but never store raw credentials.
  • Automation analytics – execution counts, step performance, error traces (anonymized where possible).

2. How we use your data

Your data fuels smarter automations. We use it to:

  • Execute and monitor your workflows with high reliability.
  • Improve our AI‑driven suggestions and error recovery.
  • Send service updates, security alerts, and automation insights.
No selling of personal data. KGV Hub never sells or rents your information. Automation excellence means privacy by design.

3. Data security & retention

We employ enterprise‑grade encryption (AES‑256) and continuous monitoring. Workflow data is retained for 90 days by default; you can configure custom retention policies.

4. Your rights & choices

You can export, delete, or correct your data via your KGV Hub dashboard. For privacy requests, contact our automation privacy team.

Terms of Service

Welcome to KGV Hub. By using our automation services, you agree to these terms. We excel in automations — and we expect fair usage.

1. Acceptance & account

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your API keys and credentials secure.

2. Automation services

KGV Hub provides a platform to build, run, and monitor automated workflows (“Automations”). We reserve the right to set execution limits to maintain system stability.

  • Fair use: Excessive or abusive automation (e.g., scraping beyond reasonable limits) may be throttled.
  • Third‑party integrations: You must comply with the terms of connected services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse KGV Hub. Prohibited activities include:

  • Automating illegal or fraudulent actions.
  • Attempting to disrupt our infrastructure.
  • Reselling access to our automation engine without permission.

4. Intellectual property

KGV Hub retains all rights to the platform, including its “excels in automations” technology, AI models, and design. You retain ownership of your workflows and data.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The automation service is provided “as is”. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bengaluru courts.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
